“ To be honest, we drove from Cathedral Gorge State Park all the way to this town to go to gunslingers, for an amazing sandwich and milkshake. Even double checked yesterday to make sure that they would be open today, but they were not. So we decided to give the historic Silver cafe a try. Our waitress was so so nice, she constantly stayed busy keeping everything clean. We had the pastrami sandwich, and it was delicious! Lots of meat inside! The fries were really good. We also had the jalapeno poppers . I liked that it had cheddar and cream cheese, but my husband preferred cream cheese only. The service was fast, the food came out really fast, prices were very reasonable. Thank you so much. ”
“ We were camping at a local state park and came into town for some things. Decided to get a quick lunch and we are so lucky to have found this little gem. The servers were all super nice and helpful. The food was all perfection. ”
“ My friend and I were on our way to Cathedral Gorge State Park but we decided to drive a little further and stop in Pioche for lunch. We stopped at the Historic Silver Cafe and both got the Boom Town BBQ Bacon Burger. For my burger, I switched out the American cheese for the habanero ghost pepper cheese and boy did that have a kick. The burger itself was seasoned and cooked well and the fries that came along with it were good as well. From the looks of it, there were 2 people working in the restaurant. The very nice lady working the front of the restaurant was the cashier, server, and busser all in one and then you had the cook in the back working his magic. Keep in mind that the restaurant is small so seating is limited. When you visit, sit back and enjoy the ambiance of the mining town theme inside. ”
“ This is a gym in the middle of Nevada. It has a clean environment with a clean bathroom, brand, new toilets, and all the modern amenities that you would want. The food is great, and the service is friendly and accommodating. I will definitely go back if I ever come back to this part of the country. ”
“ One of the best hamburger and fries meal I've ever had in my life! You can tell they use quality ingredients. We wanted to escape the city and took a drive to check out Pioche, and I want to go again just to eat this burger again . ”
“ Outstanding food and great service to boot! Who would have thought you could get such a delicious breakfast in a town out in the outskirts of Nevada and with a population of about 750 people. My wife and I came here with about 8 other friends and they were willing and able to accommodate all of us and with a smile too. My wife had the 2 egg breakfast with bacon and I got the chicken fried steak. The friends we were sitting with got a pancake sandwich and a MASSIVE breakfast burrito and all of it is definitely something I would recommend. If for whatever reason you find yourself out in this neck of the woods, I would definitely recommend the Silver Cafe to fill up on some good food. ”
“ I have eaten here before and it is always good but this was the first time I tried there pizza had the meat pizza and it was so good you can really taste the quality of the ingredients and plenty of them. It is my new favorite. The price is really good too. ”
“ We are here as a family for both dinner and breakfast and both meals were delicious. I had the Carne Asada Quesadilla, and the boys enjoyed burgers and chicken wings. Their potato chips are homemade and were fantastic. For breakfast we ordered biscuits and gravy, the omelet and pancakes and bacon. Both times we had excellent service and for a small town cafe their food was so good. Thank you! Would highly recommend anyone stop here to eat while staying or passing through Pioche. ”
